Jason has been around precast concrete for his whole working career. He started gaining experience working in the precast plant before transitioning to installation and maintenance. After school was completed, he started focusing on the construction side of Stubbe’s Precast by taking on the role of install coordinator and then construction manager. Jason pioneered the development of our Total Precast construction teams and was heavily involved in managing Stubbe’s first Total Precast projects. Jason has since moved into a Managing Director role and his expertise in construction, scheduling, and build-ability is an asset when working with owners to develop cost-effective, innovative approaches to their buildings.

Darc has worked with board drafting through the introduction of CAD, spending 15 years working with digital drafting software. Followed by 19 years as an Engineering Director developing and honing his management skills. Currently Darc has grown the Detailing department of Stubbe’s Precast from the initial 22 staff when hired to a team of 44 cohesive members within his department.
Devin is the General Tender Sales Manager at Stubbe’s Precast. Stubbe’s leads the Canadian precast industry servicing projects across Canada with a focus in Ontario and Quebec. Devin is always looking for a new challenge and is pushing for new precast ideas and applications. With 8 years of experience at Stubbe’s, Devin has worn many hats throughout his time. After finishing his schooling at Fanshawe College in London, where he completed the Construction Engineering Management program, Devin started in production at Stubbe’s on the wetcast production line. Completing his time in production, he moved into the drafting department and eventually into sales within the following year. He has worked on many different projects, from small garage floors to multi-story residential complexes. Devin brings an array of experiences in the construction field as well as a burst of energy to his department.
